ARC38 Liability Release Waiver

I am hereby known as "Releasor" and take full responsibility for myself. This includes but is not limited to my belongings, my actions and behaviors, consequences thereof and my own safety. I recognize that my participation is a privilege made available through conditional access to the public through NY nonprofit ARC-38, Inc (“Arc”).
I hereby hold Arc and all its stakeholders, members, officers, heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns exempt from any claims of neglect or wrong-doing. I choose to participate in nature education, shared hospitality and regenerative community practices which define the nonprofit activities of the Arc. By choosing to participate on site and in consideration of access and use of the facilities, space and resources on site, and any other good and valuable considerations provided through participation, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged by the Releasor, hereby remises, releases and forever discharges ARC-38, Inc. of 426 Old Rte 22 Amenia, NY 12501, (the Releasee), its heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of and from all actions, causes of action, liabilities, damages, claims, cross claims, and demands whatsoever. The Releasor agrees not to make any claim or continue any claim or initiate any proceedings or continue any proceedings against the Releasee or any other person or entity with respect to anything existing at present with respect to the subject matter of this release. The Releasor understands the importance in maintaining at all times a safe, welcoming atmosphere, open and available to the greater public, as a location owned and operated by nonprofit entities and cooperators. Releasor further acknowledges that any violation of the Community Standards of nonviolence or Terms of Agreement can result in immediate and lasting removal from the grounds, given nonprofit process for establishing and demonstrating said violations— especially repeated or egregious acts with stated intent or result to harm or inflict emotional harm or other forms of physical and mental violence. The Releasor acknowledges and declares to have fully understood the terms of this Release, and the Releasor has signed the Release voluntarily. Releasor further acknowledges that it has opportunity to obtain legal advice in respect of this Release.
